Agnieszka Przybylek-Pieza

I am an independent social worker with considerable experience working in the Polish Support Centre in Poland and as an independent social worker in the UK. I have 22 years of experience working with children, young people and parents, writing reports and assessments of foster carers, prospective adopters, parenting and connected persons, supervising, planning, monitoring, referring, reviewing and allocating cases. I have developed my expertise in child protection through statutory practice as an assessment and intervention social worker in the UK and as the Director of the Family Support Centre “Harbourage UK”.

I am creative, innovative, passionate about my job, and committed to helping families. I have good knowledge of fostering and adoption. I can identify levels of risk and need and deliver protective or supportive services for children at risk or in need.
